Where to go: Tallin, the capital.
Downside: Not many attractions.
Our Experiences: We made a boat trip departing from Helsinki In Finland. The old historical city of Talllin is a feudal walled hill city standing on the top of a small hill in the middle of a plain. It is quite interesting. You can find some nice shops and restaurants around it. Outside the old city, there are only massive square buildings from the Soviet era. And thats it.
