Downside: A bad diplomatic relationship with neighbouring Spain
Our Experiences: We were driving in southern Spain trying to find te way to Gibraltar, but there were no traffic signs. The Spaniards hate the English presence. It´s something delicate to deal with. The tiny city has an airport strip crossing the main road, witth a traffic light. So funny. From the hilltop you can see Africa, but be aware of the monkeys. There are plenty of them on this hill and they even get inside the cars to steal things. The driver in the car in front of us lost her purse to a quick smart monkey!
