Downside: Some lack of touristic infrastructure
Our Experiences: Montenegro is a tiny country with a geography identical to Croatia. The best attraction is the Kotor bay and fiord. There are some charming cities at the Adriatic seashore such as Budva and Sveti Stefan. We drove up the tall sharp hills with some amazing views to the blue sea, to reach the capital city of Podgorica. The landscape on the way was better than the destination, though.
