Where to go: Istambul, Izmir, Kusadasi (Ephesus) , Cappadocia, Troy , Pamukkale, Marmaris and Sedir Island

Our Experiences: Turkey has one of the best evaluations, considering what tourist like the most ( History, Gastronomy, Shopping, Natural beauty, etc ); We have visited the country 4 times. We love the people and the food. The city of Istambul, shows it´s triple culture heritage (The Greek Bizantiium; The Roman Constantinople and the present Islamic Istambul ) and it´s double continental presence ( Europe and Asia ) There is nothing similar elsewhere in the world ! Some other Historic sites such as Troy , Pergamum and Effesus have all enormous significance. Amazing! We love history but we also got very impressed with the natural beauty of Sedir Island ( Cleopatra Island ) , near Marmaris. That was one of the most spectacular beaches ever. So damn blue and crystal!. Unfortunately they have recently closed this beach for tourism, because it´s unique, perfectly round, sand grains were being stolen by tourists. So sad. The water springs at Pamullake are also something unique. The Cappadocia region with its unique geologycal formation also remarkably syands in the hall of Turkey attractions. It is a must visit place..The food: We can´t get enough of the delicious Turkish food such as Kebabs, Bakhlavas, Mezes, Turkish Breads and Boreks. There are some nice restaurants in Istambul where you can try them all.
