Our Experiences: Australia means fun and adventure. Sidney is a nice cosmopolitan town with lots of activities, from exotic animals zoo, to theaters, historic places and magnificent restaurants. We have been to some good Chinese restaurants in Sidney´s China Town. The Sidney Opera is a great Australia symbol and a super touristic photo spot. Melbourne is a bit more European style city but also much more beautiful. The Victoria park is one of the world´s best and most beautiful Botanical Gardens. There are lots of good Italian restaurants in St Kilda district. Cairns in the North is the hub to visit the Great Coral Barrier and to do some snorleling. We also have learned a lot about the marine life and the world´s largest coral reef. The capital Canberra is not a big city. One thing that impressed us was the fact that al the buildings do not exceed like 5 floors or so, due to legal architecture restrictions. The city then looks very naïve and inviting. Very uncommon!
Hotels we love and recommend: Hyatt (Melbourne) , Marriott (Sidney) and Crowne Plaza (Canberra)
