When to go:  Spring

Where to go:  Marrakesh, Imlil ( Tobkal Jebel ) and Tangier

Downside:  Lack of tourism structure outside the major cities. Some unsafe regions.

Our Experiences:  We have been twice to Morocco. One to Tangier (which we don´t recommend) and one to Marrakesh region.  Marrakesh is a nice charming traditional city with many palaces, forts and other historic sites. There were many good restaurants to. We loved it. The four Seasons hotel a bit away from the bustling city center was also fantastic! One day, we drove a car through the Atlas mountain range to reach the snowed peak of Jebel Toubkal. With more than 4,000m height it is the highest mountain in Morocco and in all Arab World as well.
